How do I report a repair?

If you need to report a repair to us call the repairs freephone number on – 0800 1300 365.

You can call this number 24 hours a day/seven days a week to report a repair.

When you report a repair, please be prepared to provide us with the following information:

Your name and address
Your best contact telephone number (home/work/mobile) so that we can contact you to discuss completing the repair
As much detail about the repair or defect as you can. Tell us what has happened and what problems are being caused as a consequence of it.

If your repair is urgent, such as no heating and hot water, then our repairs contractor, Jeakins Weir will require access to your property within 24 hours. Please ensure that someone will be at home to give our workmen access to carry out the repair.

How quickly will my repair be completed?

If a repair is an emergency someone will attend within 24 hours. All urgent repairs will be carried out within 7 days and all other routine repairs will be ordered for completion within 31 days.

Where it is not clear what the extent of the problem is, we will send a Maintenance Officer to inspect the repair and assess the necessary works to rectify the problem. This inspection will take place within 5 working days of you reporting the repair.

Once an inspection has taken place, an order for the necessary works to be carried out will be raised and passed to our repairs contractor for completion.
