Generally we would not allow you to keep dogs and cats in a property that does not have direct access to a garden. You are allowed to keep one dog or one cat, caged birds, fish and small caged animals without obtaining written approval. Permission must be sought if you wish to keep any other types of animal and all animals must be kept in accordance with the law.
You must keep all animals or pets under control at all times and not allow them to foul or damage your home or any other property, or cause any nuisance or annoyance to anyone else. If your pet or pets do cause persistent nuisance to others we may request that you seek alternative accommodation for your pet or pets. If you fail to do so we will take enforcement action for breach of your tenancy conditions.
