How are my gas appliances serviced?

Seven Locks Housing undertakes an annual service of our gas appliances (those that heat your water and heat your home for example). This is because we do not want our customers to be put at risk of Carbon Monoxide poisoning.

If you are not at home when they call to carry out the servicing, they will leave a card with details of how to contact them to rearrange the appointment.

Please allow our contractors to enter your home to service your gas appliances. Failure to allow us access to your home may result in you being charged for the cost of any abortive calls or legal costs.

Such courses of action are as a last resort only.
