How do I get advice about my tenancy?

There are a number of ways you can get advice about your tenancy.

If you live in a sheltered housing scheme you can talk to your scheme manager.

If you live in a house, flat or bungalow that is not sheltered, you will have an area housing manager you can contact direct (their direct dial number will be on correspondence they may have sent you) or you can telephone;
customer services on 01858-414544 who will put you through to the right Manager dependent upon where you live in the district.

If you would prefer you could write to them by letter addressed to Seven Locks House, 1a Anson House, Northampton Road, 8 Compass Point, Market Harborough, Leics. LE16 9HW.

If you don’t know who your Area Housing Manager is please speak to one of our Customer Services Advisors on 01858 414500.
They will be happy to provide you with your Area Housing Manager’s name and direct telephone number.
