Seven Locks Housing is responsible for insuring the building you live in.

It is your responsibility to insure your personal contents (furniture, clothing, etc.). If a pipe or water tank bursts and damages your belongings (or that of a neighbour), we are not normally responsible. Fire, flood, accidents, can all be financial disasters. Spend a few moments adding up the replacement value of your goods - you may be in for a shock!

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take adequate contents insurance from a well-known company
