How to pay your rent

Direct debit

The convenient, guaranteed way to pay.

You can pay by Direct Debit on a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly basis. Simply contact the Rents Officer on 01858 414507 to set up a Direct Debit over the phone or to request a form. Not all bank or Building Society accounts allow payments by Direct Debit, please contact them if you are not sure if they do or not.

Standing order

You can pay your rent by Standing Order through your bank account. Simply contact the Rents Officer on 01858 414507 and we will be happy to help you to set up this payment method. Standing Orders must be renewed each year. Not all bank or Building Society accounts allow payments by Standing Order, please contact them if you are not sure if they can or not.

Rent payment card

This plastic card is issued by allpay.net to all customers who do not pay by Direct Debit or Standing Order and contains your unique rent account reference number. Your card can be used to pay by any of the following methods:

Post Office

It can be used to pay your rent by cash, cheque, Debit or Credit Card at any UK Post Office®.

PayPoint

You can pay cash at all PayPoint outlets and most will accept payments by Debit or Credit Card and cheque. Please find a list below or click here to search for your nearest PayPoint.

Internet payment service

To make a payment you need access to the internet, your rent payment card, your Debit or Credit Card, and a valid email address. Log on to www.allpayments.net website and follow the instructions.

Telephone

The allpay telephone number is: 0844 557 8321. Allpay.net’s automated telephone payment system uses interactive voice response technology. With this method you can make payments 24 hours a day, using your Debit or Credit Card.

CallPay

Alternatively you can make a Debit or Credit Card payment by calling Seven Locks Housing direct.
This can be helpful if you are unsure of your balance or want to know how much to pay.

You may prefer to text your payment using your mobile phone. To use this method, register with www.allpayments.net and follow the instructions from there.
