Best Value is a framework which assists Seven Locks Housing to achieve continuous improvement within all their services. It allows us to asses our current service provision and performance against that of our competitors. It is based around the 4C’s of continual improvement:-

Tenants are pivotal to the success to our best value reviews and as a tenant joining the review you are asked to attend 6/7 meetings throughout the year. You will be representing the tenants views and give your opinion on the various service areas being looked at. Travel arrangements/reimbursement costs are provided together with training and all the support you need to fully participate and get the most out of your experience.
