Would you like to find out whether you are getting a fair deal from Seven Locks Housing or how we compare to other landlords in the area? Help is now at hand from The Tenant Services Authority, who is the national housing regulator for all social housing in England.
The Tenant Services Authority has now launched a new free web tool that lets you compare the performance of all housing associations in your area – all you have to do is enter your post code.
Seven Locks Housing is compared against other landlords on six areas of our service, they are areas that tenants have told the TSA they would find useful. They include comparing your rent with the local average, seeing how we rate in terms of our overall service, and our repairs and maintenance service in particular.

Just click on the Find and Compare Landlords link in the top right-hand corner of the website. No logins, passwords or subscriptions are needed.
This online tool gives you an easy way of challenging Seven Locks Housing if our performance is worse than others social landlords in the area.
