Seven Locks Housing is regulated by the Housing Corporation, who are a public body set up to ensure to ensure that Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) such as ourselves provide decent homes and services for residents and maintain financial viability.

The Housing Corporation regularly monitors the way the Company is managed and the quality of service it provides to customers. It also provides grants to enable RSLs to build new, affordable housing.

Overall responsibility for our performance rests with our 15 strong Board of Management, which includes 5 tenant members, 5 district council representatives and 5 independent members.
