For example: We know you want to easily report a repair and have it carried out at your convenience, have quick and easy ways to pay your rent and that you want us to respond quickly and appropriately if you report anti-social behaviour. But we want to know more. The better we know our customers the better placed we are to ensure that our services keep improving.
